Have you spent much of your life feeling different or slightly out of place?

Living as a neurodivergent human in a neurotypical world can be profoundly demanding. You do not have to navigate it alone.

Living as a neurodivergent human in a neurotypical world can be profoundly demanding.

╼ Does This Sound Familiar?

You've developed strategies, routines, and ways of being — but the effort of constantly translating yourself can be exhausting.

Whether you're newly diagnosed, long self-aware, or simply sensing that something has always felt a little different — this space was made for you.

Together, we work toward clarity, regulation, and meaningful change that aligns with who you actually are.

Perhaps you are:

  • Exploring unmasking for the first time

  • Experiencing Autistic burnout and needing time away from work

  • Questioning your career direction or sense of purpose

  • Exploring identity or gender

  • Discovering alexithymia — emotions are harder to name than they seem for others

  • Feeling misunderstood — your enthusiasm read as aggression, your curiosity as confrontation

  • Sensory overwhelm that others seem to tolerate easily

  • Using substances to cope socially or regulate

I work one-on-one with Autistic and ADHD adults seeking clarity, regulation, and meaningful change. My approach is grounded in mindfulness-based counselling through the method of Shinzen Young — adapted specifically for neurodivergent nervous systems. No forced silent meditation required.

I bring lived experience as an Autistic person with ADHD, and as a cis queer polyamorous man in long-term relationships. I understand the complexity of identity, intimacy, communication, and navigating systems not built for you.

I volunteer in harm reduction settings including the Zendo Project and The Nameless in St. Thomas. Through Neuroinclusive, I have interviewed over 280 individuals seeking understanding and professional diagnosis — stories that continue to inform and inspire my work.
